We ship orders from our warehouses in Singapore, Malaysia, Yiwu in China, from Seoul, South Korea. We have a 3-10 day order processing time. In this time we then place an order from our suppliers who send the order to our agent and then directly to you. This process helps us give the best possible retail price to our customers. This 3-10 day processing time is included in our shipping times.

♥ Free Shipping:
As you can already tell, we dont have general shipping cost wich you need to pay at checkout. All items already include shipping spends so you dont need to worry about any other extra prices above that.

♥ Delivery time:
USA & Other countries 15 – 25 working days 
UK 10 – 20 working days
Canada shipping takes 15 – 35 working days

♥ Cosmetics – It usually takes 15 – 35 business days for delivery.
If your order has been received more than 45-90 days, please don’t worry, contact your local post office first to check.

♥ Other useful info:
– All sizes are Asian sizes, not American / European sizes, standard sizes, so when placing an order, please buy 1-2 sizes larger
– For protection, many items will be shipped in separate packaging.
