Returns
You can cancel your order before making a payment. If the product has already been delivered to you, but you decide to refuse it, you do not need to pay the shipping cost. Partial returns are not available.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and be labeled.

Some types of goods are non-returnable. Expensive fur products (fur coats), shoes, all underwear, pajamas, undershirts, swimwear, earrings, make-up are final sale and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.

✔ You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional non-refundable items:
– Gift cards
– Products from Album Sale (Sell-out)

To complete the return, we will need a receipt or confirmation of sending – this is the package’s track number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us and we will give you a detailed address for returning the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are provided (if applicable)
– A package that was opened and the item has already been used.
– Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not related to our mistake.
– Any item that is returned more than 10 days after receipt.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Next, contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is sent.

Sale of goods (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made at regular prices, unfortunately, for a sale is not possible.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are in good condition or not damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at harajukuclothing@yahoo.com and we will give you the exact address where to send this particular product. We ship orders from our warehouses in Singapore, Malaysia, Yiwu in China, from Seoul, South Korea.

Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift upon purchase and delivery directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of your return. As soon as the returned product is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If upon purchase the item was not marked as a gift, or the donor received an order that was sent to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, delivery time may vary.

If you send goods worth more than $ 75, you should use the delivery tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. This will be clearly seen when tracking the track number on the website, whether we received the parcel back or not.

OTHER CASES:

● Do I get a refund if I don’t collect my order?

If you did not pick up your order from postal office within 7-14 days it will be sended back to us. We will do 100% refund exept delivery cost and only after our receipt. 

● Do I get refund if I didn’t received order because of mistake in address?

Please check your full name, phone number and address before payment, because courier may have problem with delivery. If you did mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before order were shipped. In case that order shipped by wrong name or address, we will do refund the same way as the previous case “didn’t picked up order”
Only after postal office will return it to us we can resend/exchange order or refund 100% of price exept delivery costs.

● Should I pay shipping cost for return?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

● I received wrong color/size/item or broken but don’t want to return it?

If we did mistake and sent incorrect or damaged item to you, we’re fully responsible for that. And if you don’t want to return item by some reason, you can contact us and we will make refund 100% of item price exept shipping charges, or you can choose another item for that price (not including shipping charges) it’s very easy! The exception is the absence of holes in the belt or there is an eyelet, but the hole in shorts and jeans is not cut.

♥ RETURN PROCESS:
Once we have received the return order, we will process it within 7-14 days. Your refund will be credit back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable then you will be refunded to an online store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank. 

♥ The product of PROPER quality after payment is NOT SUBJECT to return or exchange.
